Visit Badgerville before the game – the official UW pre-game event

Starting with the season-opener on Sept. 1 and for the next five home games, Badgers football fans are invited to visit the official pre-game event of Wisconsin Athletics, Badgerville presented by Johnsonville & Merkt’s.

Free and open to the public, gates open 2 1/2 hours before kickoff. Badgerville is located on the grass field just north of Camp Randall Stadium along Breese Terrace.

Badgerville features great food and entertainment including music, an appearance by members of the UW Band and activities for kids, including inflatable games.

Fans will also be able to keep track of other college football action on a big screen videoboard.

Also available at Badgerville is a wide selection of food, beer and other beverages:

• Panchero's will be serving Fresh Mexican Grill selections
• Famous Dave's will be serving its legendary barbeque
• Noodles & Co. will be serving various pasta dishes
• Hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and Wisconsin's own Johnsonville Brats
• Autographs from current UW student-athletes as well as all-time Badger greats

Badgerville will be staged Sept. 1, Sept. 15, Sept. 22, Oct. 6, Oct. 20, and Oct. 27. Wisconsin Athletics and the National W Club will host the Badger Blast/Chili Kickoff event before Ohio State game on Nov. 17. This event will be held in the UW Field House beginning 2 1/2 hours before kickoff.
