Madison, Wis. - Show your support for the University of Wisconsin and wear your Wisconsin gear wherever you are on Friday, Sept. 3 to celebrate the sixth annual College Colors Day!
All Badger fans, students, faculty, staff and alumni should throw on their favorite college hats, T-shirts, ties or jewelry and head to work or campus in full Wisconsin spirit.
"One day where everyone wears their Badger red is great, but we would like to encourage Badger supporters to get in the habit of wearing their UW red and white every Friday throughout the year," says Cindy Van Matre, UW director of trademark licensing.
College Colors Day, in partnership with NCAA Football, is an annual celebration dedicated to promoting the traditions and spirit that embody the college experience by encouraging fans across America to wear their favorite university apparel throughout the day on Friday, Sept. 3.
