MADISON, Wis. -- The University Ridge Golf Course will be closed for the season on August 7 for its 20-year tuneup. Construction will begin to resurface all 18 greens as well as the putting practice green.

After August 7 the award winning golf shop and practice facility will remain open! The price to use the practice facility is $10 for 45 minutes or $20 for all day. For only $40 for the remainder of the season you can become a Ridge Club Practice member and pay only $5 for 45 minutes or $10 for all day. Below are the hours of operation for the remainder of the season.

University Ridge Hourse of Operation

August: Sunday 7:30am-5pm, Monday 12pm-7:30pm, Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-7:30pm

September: Sunday 8am-5pm, Monday 12pm - 7pm, Tuesday-Saturday 8am-7pm

October: Sunday 8am-4pm, Monday 12pm-6pm, Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm
