MADISON, Wis. -- As part of its annual "School Days" segments featuring each Big Ten institution, BTN will dedicate an entire day of programming to highlight Wisconsin athletics on Tuesday, July 31.
This is the third and final full day of Wisconsin programming by BTN. Tuesday's broadcast includes eight episodes of the Big Ten's Greatest Games including two men's basketball games.
The games included are the 2009 Champs Sports Bowl win over Miami; Michigan at Wisconsin from 2005; Wisconsin at Iowa from 2010; the inaugural Big Ten Football Championship game between Michigan State and the 2000 game against Oregon in Madison. Also featured is the 2000 Rose Bowl Game between Wisconsin and Stanford.
Two men's basketball games featured include Wisconsin at Indiana from 2008 (the "Butch Bank" game) and Maryland at Wisconsin from 2000 (Dick Bennett's final game as head coach).
Also included are "Big Ten Icons" specials on Barry Alvarez and Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne. The 2011 Big Ten Cross Country Championship, when the Badgers men won their 13th-consecutive title, is also featured.

Noon - Big Ten Icons: Ron Dayne
Combining body-builder bulk with sprinter's speed, Wisconsin's Ron Dayne was the most prolific rusher in NCAA history piling up 6,397 yards and winning the Heisman Trophy in 1999.
12:30 p.m. - The Big Ten's Greatest Games - Football: 2000 Rose Bowl - Wisconsin vs. Stanford
2:30 p.m. - Big Ten Icons: Barry Alvarez
Barry Alvarez resurrected the Badgers football program into a national power. He spent 16 seasons as the head coach at Wisconsin, winning Big Ten titles in 1993, 1998 and 1999 & won 3 Rose Bowls.
3 p.m. - The Big Ten's Greatest Games - Basketball: 2/13/08 - Wisconsin at Indiana
To many, it is simply known as “The Butch Bank” game. A game-winning 3-pointer from Brian Butch gave the Badgers a thrilling win at Assembly Hall and started a 12-game win streak that netted a Big Ten championship.
5 p.m. - The Big Ten's Greatest Games - Basketball: 11/29/00 - Maryland at Wisconsin
The full importance of Wisconsin’s overtime win over 13th-ranked Maryland in the 2000 Big Ten/ACC Challenge wasn’t completely realized until after the game when head coach Dick Bennett told his team he had coached his final game at the University of Wisconsin and retired the next day.
