MADISON, Wis. – The Minority Opportunities Athletic Association has elected to retain University of Wisconsin Deputy Athletics Director Sean Frazier as its president, the MOAA announced Wednesday.
"Our Association continues to prosper and I want to thank the members and sponsors that support us who help make that happen," Frazier told the MOAA. "Our membership and Symposium numbers continue to increase and I look forward to continuing that momentum during my third term of leading the Association."
Frazier, who was promoted to deputy athletic director at UW in April 2011, has served as the MOAA’s president since 2010. Among Frazier’s numerous duties within Wisconsin athletics, he serves as the department’s chief of staff, as well as handling the oversight of football and men’s and women’s hockey, strategic planning and diversity plan coordination.
