Madison, Wis. - Donate used cell phones and help victims of domestic abuse!!!! Through March 1, drop off your used cell phones at any of these convenient locations listed below. Phones are recycled with up to $40 per phone going to Domestic Abuse Intervention Services (DAIS) of Dane County.
