Camp Randall Stadium Accessibility Guide
Welcome to Camp Randall Stadium!
We hope you enjoy your visit to our historic stadium which has recently
undergone a major renovation to make the game day experience more
enjoyable for all of our fans!
If we may be of service, please stop by our Guest Services Center
under Section YZ in the south end zone concourse. If assistance
is needed immediately, please look for a Guest Services staff member
who will be wearing a bright yellow vest.
Tickets and Seating for People with Disabilities
Accessible seating at Camp Randall Stadium is located on the east
side fifth level concourse and in the south end zone.
Individuals with disabilities may purchase two tickets for accessible
seating (one accessible seat and one seat for a companion), if available.
It is recommended individuals contact the Athletic Ticket Office
prior to game day.
Individuals with temporary disabilities may exchange tickets
for one accessible seat and one companion seat, if available
prior to game day.
Individuals who received a ticket from a source other than the
McGinnis Family Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office and need an
accessible seat should contact the Athletic Ticket Office.
An accessible ticket window at the Athletic Ticket Office main lobby
is located inside of Gate 1 of Camp Randall Stadium off of Monroe
Street.
Accessible Drop-offs and Transportation
Accessible drop-offs can be made at the corner of Regent Street
and Breese Terrace; University Avenue and Breese Terrace, and on
Monroe Street near Gate 1. Golf carts and wheelchairs can be requested
from Guest Services staff for transportation to a seating area in
the stadium.
-
There is no storage available at Camp Randall for wheelchairs, walkers, motorized carts, or any other type of mobility device. These devices are not allowed to be stored on the concourse. Individuals who need assistance getting from a Gate or Accessible Drop-Off point to a general seating area are encouraged to contact Guest Services for assistance. The Guest Service Staff provides transportation to these areas via Golf Cart (exterior of stadium) and Wheelchairs (interior of stadium). If guests need assistance getting into their seat or doing stairs it is strongly encouraged that a family member or care provider be along to assist them as staff are not able to physically move individuals.
Entrance and Getting Around
Accessible entry to the stadium is available through Gates 1, 3, 7 and 10.
Passenger elevators for individuals with disabilities or who have
difficulty walking are near Gates 1 and 3 on the east side of the
stadium. Elevator #4, which is near Gate 3, and Elevator #7, which
is near Gate 1, are the designated game-day elevators for individuals
needing assistance. The elevators access the third and fifth levels.
Wheelchair Seating Locations
Wheelchair and companion seating is located on the east side fifth
level concourse and in the south end zone. Folding chairs will
be provided by Guest Services staff upon request.
There are 72 Camp Randall Suites and more than 900 club seats
(Buckingham Club and Varsity Club). The premium seating areas include
wheelchair seating spaces as well as some removable seats to enable
a guest in a wheelchair to watch the game. Accessible restrooms
are located near each suite and club seating area.
Restrooms
All new restrooms are accessible. Family restrooms, which are
accessible, are located in the east side fifth level, the south
end zone and the west third level concourses. The family restrooms
include flushing floor drain urinals and diaper changing stations.
Concessions
Concession stands with accessible service and condiment counters
are available throughout the stadium.
Assistive Listening Devices
The entire Camp Randall seating area is served by assistive
listening devices, an FM system. Individuals may pick up headsets
at the Guest Services Center under Section YZ in the south end zone
concourse. Individuals who would like to use an ALD must leave
some form of collateral, such as a driver's license or credit card,
at the Guest Services Center while using the ALD.
Messages/Emergency Info
Message and video boards are located at both the north and south
ends of the stadium to relay general information and messages which
are being broadcast over the public address system.
In case of an emergency, strobe lights will help alert hearing-impaired
guests. Emergency messages will also be posted on the Camp Randall
Stadium scoreboards.
Areas of Rescue Assistance (where guests who are unable to use stairs
may remain temporarily to await assistance during an emergency evacuation)
are located at Elevators 4, 5, 6, and 7 on the east side of the
stadium.
