SESSION I

Sunday - 4-6PM
Tuesday & Thursday - 7-8:30PM
Session I will prepare each athlete for the coming Folkstyle wrestling season by introducing new techniques and developing conditioning through intense, controlled drilling.
GRADES: 9-12
COST: $400

SESSION II
NOV 14, 2010 - DEC 22, 2010
Sunday - 4-6PM
Wednesday - 7-8:30PM
During Session II each athlete's individual style will be analyzed and technical instruction will be tailored to fit. This session will also include controlled drilling and intense controlled wrestling in order to prepare each individual for the end of season tournaments.
GRADES: 9-12
COST: $250
DEPOSIT: A $100 non-refundable deposit must accompany your application.
SESSION III
JAN 16, 2011 - FEB 23, 2011
Sunday - 4-6PM
Wednesday - 7-8:30PM

Tuesday & Thursday - 7-8:30PM
Session IV will focus on Greco and Freestyle techniques which will be taught through a combination of intense drilling and live wrestling sessions. This training will prepare athletes for the spring Greco and Freestyle State tournament competitions.
GRADES: 9-12

SESSION V
MAY 29, 2011 - JUN 30, 2011
Sunday - 4-6PM
Tuesday & Thursday - 7-8:30PM
Session V will focus on intense Greco and Freestyle training with emphasis on preparing each individual wrestler for summer National competitions.
GRADES: 9-12
COST: $400
