Check out what the media is writing about last weekend's series sweep of No. 8 North Dakota. The Badgers earned a 5-0 shutout win on Friday followed by an 8-4 victory on Senior Day to sweep their final home series of the regular season.


Meghan Duggan led Wisconsin with six points, including five goals, in the two games, and Brianna Decker tallied five points on two goals and three assists. A trio of Badgers recorded four-point weekends in Madison Packer (four assists), Brooke Ammerman (one goal, three assists) and Hilary Knight (three goals, one assist).


Goaltenders Alex Rigsby and Becca Ruegsegger split the series in net. Rigsby earned her fifth shutout as a Badger, saving all 10 shots she faced to improve to 19-1-2 on Friday before Ruegsegger made 23 saves to improve to 9-1-0 on the season.
