What they are saying about Fill the Bowl

No. 1 Wisconsin set a new NCAA women's hockey single-game attendance record when 10,668 fans watched the Badgers earn a 3-1 win over Minnesota in Saturday's Fill the Bowl game at the Kohl Center.

Wisconsin's Fill the Bowl crowd of nearly 11,000 fans broke the previous NCAA attendance record of 8,263, which the Badgers set on Feb. 6, 2010 at Camp Randall when they hosted Bemidji State in the outdoor Camp Randall Hockey Classic. The record also bested the Kohl Center women's hockey attendance record of 6,085 fans, set last season against Team USA (Jan. 5, 2010).

The Badgers' previous attendance high of the season came when 3,854 fans watched UW's 6-0 win over St. Cloud State (Jan. 16) at the Kohl Center, now the sixth-highest attendance total at the Kohl Center in UW women's hockey history.
