The Badgers have won their last two games, tying their longest winning streak of the season. Wisconsin is coming off a 60-49 win at Drake on Dec. 9 and a 68-53 win over Milwaukee at home last Sunday.

Wisconsin is led by senior Alyssa Karel, who averages 13.5 points per game. Seniors Lin Zastrow and Tara Steinbauer add 10.9 and 10.7 points per game, respectively. The Badgers averaged 57.5 points per game while also giving up 57.5 points per game.

Wisconsin averages 36 rebounds per game while opponents average 34.9 boards per game. The Badgers have outrebounded their last three opponents and have a 37.7 - 28.3 per game advantage over that stretch.

The weather here was great yesterday - in the 50s. A very nice break from the freezing temps in Madison when we left. Unfortunately, today was much cooler - only in the 30s - but still pretty nice.

The altitude may be the biggest challenge for the Badgers tonight as Laramie is at 7,200 feet. According to a website, there is only 78% of the oxygen here as there is at sea level.

Wisconsin is 0-2 against Wyoming, having played in Laramie only once before. The Badgers and Cowgirls played for the 2007 WNIT Championship with Wyoming winning 72-56. They had a sell-out crowd at that game but I'm sure we won't see that here tonight.

The Badgers have turned up their play in their last two wins - especially in rebounding and fouls. Wisconsin is outrebounding its opponents 37.7 - 28.3 over the last three games. The Badgers have also cut down on their fouls, tallying only 16 in their last two games. Wisconsin also shot a season-high 88.2 percent from the free throw line vs. Milwaukee last Sunday.

Yes, there is. The Badgers shoot 46% from the field when they win and 40.3% when they lose. The biggest difference though are in free throws (77.5 - 59.8) and rebounds (38.2 - 34.7).
