STILLWATER, Okla. - Please join Diane Nordstrom of the Wisconsin Athletic Communications office as she chronicles the Badgers' (2-6) game at Oklahoma State (7-0) in the Big Ten/Big 12 Women's Basketball Challenge live with the Gameday Blog.

The blog is interactive so be sure to chime in with comments and questions and vote in the polls. The live blog will start at 1:30 p.m. The game begins at 2 p.m. from Gallagher-Iba Arena on the campus of Oklahoma State University.

This is Wisconsin's second game of the Big Ten/Big 12 Challenge as the Badgers lost to Kansas, 93-86 in overtime, on Nov. 21 in Madison. Wisconsin is the only school that will play two games in the challenge due to the Big 12 having one additional team than the Big Ten.

The Badgers are looking to break a six-game losing streak, their longest since 2003-04. Wisconsin lost to No. 5 Duke 59-51 on Thursday, its first game with its regular starting lineup since the Kansas game.

The Cowgirls are 7-0 on the season and most recently defeated Arkansas-Little Rock 55-52 at home on Thursday.

Not really. OSU has defeated East Central, Texas Southern, Grambling State, Centenary, UT Arlington, Rhode Island, New Mexico and Arkansas-Little Rock. Only UALR went to the NCAA tournament and New Mexico went to the WNIT tournament. No other teams qualified for post-season play last season.

The Cowgirls are led by sophomore Toni Young, a 6-2 forward, who averaged 16.1 points and 9.0 rebounds per game. Freshman Vicky McIntyre, a 6-6 center, adds 11.3 points and 6.0 rebounds per game. Freshman Tiffany Bias, a 5-6 guard, adds 10 points and 5.1 assists per game.

Wisconsin will play only its second game this season with its regular starting lineup. Senior Alyssa Karel did not play the first three games of the season and she returned for the Kansas game. Senior Lin Zastrow played only nine minutes of that game before getting injured and missing the next three games. The Duke game was the first for the Badgers with their regular starting lineup.

Karel leads the Badgers with 13.8 points per game while Tara Steinbauer adds 11 points per game. Steinbauer has a team-best 7.4 rebounds per game while Anya Covington adds 6.3 rebounds per game and Zastrow chips in 6 rebounds per game.

The Big Ten currently leads the Big Ten/Big 12 Challenge with a 2-1 mark. Illinois defeated Colorado 63-59 yesterday and Indiana upset No. 19 Nebraska 67-61 earlier today. Wisconsin's loss to Kansas on Nov. 21 is the only Big Ten loss so far in the challenge.
