Craig Owens, Chef
Craig is excited to be a new and upcoming Chef for the food and beverage department. He has always been interested in food for as long as he can remember. Food is expressed in many different ways, from one simple ingredient, to a five course meal. His goals are to express himself through food, make everyone happy and expose people to all types of culinary experiences.
Craig began with the Food & Beverage team in 2010 after his graduation from Le Cordon Bleu Minneapolis/St. Paul. His specialties are in Charcuterie (Cured Meats and Sausages), Garde Manger, soups and sauces. His current role is, Lead Chef for Kellner Club at the Kohl Center, planning and development of recipes for Kellner Club, suites, game day events and team meals.
