Ken Gleed, Camp Randall Sous Chef
Ken joined the food and beverage department in August of 2011. Currently he has the position of Sous Chef at Camp Randall. He has worked in the culinary field for the past 27 years right here in Madison. During that time he has worked in ten different restaurants, three different hotels and two private clubs. He has worked in all aspects of the kitchen from Garde Manager to Executive Chef.
