A Commitment to Career Development

Counseling Psychology 110

This is a 1 credit, 8 week, course covering various topics of career development. This offers students an opportunity to prepare for their transition out of college and out of athletics by examining their field of interest, writing a resume, developing networking and interviewing skills as well as learning about important information such as budgeting and investing.

National W Club Resume Bank

The National W Club is committed to all UW letter winners. Through their resume bank, they encourage current and former student-athletes looking to networking and apply for jobs to upload their resume. Take advantage of the network you are a part of! BuckyNet

BuckyNet is an online system that allows UW students to search for jobs, internships and allows employers to post positions and view student profiles and resumes. Students can also sign up for on campus interviews and apply for jobs electronically through BuckyNet. Please see your school or college to attend an orientation and/or sign up for your free account. This is also available to alumni via the Wisconsin Alumni Association.
